Project management is a complex job that has to do with 4 traditional components: cost, timing, time and quality. Professional project managers also aim at making the organization of business processes better. The majority of projects utilize such components as labour, money, and tools to produce something of value and hit selected targets. You should know that there are a number of factors that are crucial for effective project management. A couple of them are listed in the next paragraph:

- Goal setting and reviewing progress.
